 ORLANDO, Fla. (January 29, 2010) – The following elections and appointments were made at the January 28 meeting of the Enterprise Florida Board of Directors, held in Tallahassee:

Newly elected:

 Frank DiBello, president, Space Florida
 Kevin Johnson, vice president, economic development, The St. Joe Company -- to replace Jerry Ray; term ends November 18, 2010.
 Bill McCollum, Attorney General of Florida

Re-elected at-large members for one year:

 Michael Egan, vice president & counsel, CEMEX
 Al Petrangeli, division president, Balfour Beatty Construction
 Andy Rosen, CEO, Kaplan Higher Education
 Gene Schaefer, Bank of America
 Andrew Smulian, senior vice president, Akerman Senterfitt
 Pete Tesch, president & CEO, Ocala-Marion County Economic Development Council, (term ending August 19, 2010)
